As President, Founder and CIO of Enroute Networks, David Hampson is responsible for all business development as well as oversight of the companies technologies, partners, and business operations. David founded Enroute Networks in 2001 shortly after US Datacom was purchased by Business Telecom, Inc. As managing-partner and co-owner for US Datacom’s Atlanta operation, Dave managed business operations and customer relationships and was repeatedly recognized as the top sales producer for the US Datacom group of companies. Before joining US Datacom, David rose through the ranks of Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer and finally Senior Project Manager with Intergraph Corporation's Network Services Group – earning five years of advanced technical networking and management experience along the way. Prior to Intergraph, David was a technical consultant with Lowe Engineers and Rosser FABRAP providing network support and CADD/Photogrammetry custom programming and integration with Microstation and Autocad. Today both Lowe and Rosser are Enroute Networks customers! David graduated with a dual degree in Computer Science and Geography from the University of Georgia and currently lives in East Cobb with his wife and two daughters.
Prior to joining Enroute Networks, Mike worked as a Virtual CIO for another Managed Service Provider, providing small and medium businesses (SMBs) in metro Atlanta with consulting services ranging from IT growth to budgeting and support . Before that position, Mike served as Network Manager for a large enterprise where he supported multiple sites, servers and workstations.. Mike attended high school in Nurnberg, Germany, and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Math with an emphasis in Computer Science at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. In his free time, Mike enjoys time with family, geocaching and wood turning.
Before joining Enroute Networks in 2004, Dave was an IT Manager and Team Lead for MAPICS Software Development Company. He also spent 15 years with IBM progressing through the ranks of Advisory Systems Engineer, Advisory Marketing Representative, Software Product Planner and Internal Systems IT Team Leader. Dave started his IT career as a computer operator and programmer but was briefly interrupted by a stint in the Navy as an Electronics Technician. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and has a Cisco Voice Professional (CCVP) certification with a specialization in Contact Center Express.
Before joining Enroute Networks in 2007, Larry served as the Professional Services Manager for another Atlanta-based IT services company where he was responsible for the design and installation of technologies such as Windows 2003 Server networks, ShoreTel VoIP phone systems, SonicWALL firewall and VPN solutions, and Citrix Servers. Larry also managed System Engineers responsible for supporting medical practice management software systems at InfoCure and NDCHealth. Larry began his career as a technical instructor at Chattahoochee Technical Institute teaching A+ Certification prep classes. It was there that he honed the skills necessary for presenting highly technical information to non-technical individuals. Larry is married, has three children and has lived in Dunwoody for over 30 years. During that time, he’s completed an Associate of Science Degree from DeKalb College as well as numerous IT certifications including: Cisco IP Communications Express Specialist, Cisco IP Telephony Design Specialist, Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Cisco Unity Design Specialist, Cisco Express Foundation Design Specialist, Dell Certified System Expert, SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA), Citrix CCA Certified, Microsoft Certified Professional, A+ Certified and ShoreTel VoIP Engineer. |
