It became quickly apparant that Enroute's satisfied
customer-base wanted more than just network-intrastructure support.
Because Enroute's Engineers already had many years of experience
in other IT fields it was very easy to expand the support offerings.
Enroute introduced the "Outsourced IT Helpdesk Programs".
Currently Enroute offers two forms of these programs:
Designed to offer companies who already have in-house level-1
technical support. Enroute augments the existing "help"
with Ensure level-2 expertise for server systems and more
complicated LAN/Desktop issues. The level-1 help can rely
on the "always available" level-2 Enroute technicians
and the scheduled proactive management (PM) of critical systems

The Ensure level-1 technical support program is designed
to provide either virtual or on-site presence by an experienced
Enroute level-1 technician with additional level-2 support
